1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Smart Cleaner AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Licence and acceptable use
Async Digital Solutions grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App. You may not misuse it, disrupt services, infringe others’ rights, bypass access controls or reverse engineer it except where law permits.
3. Your content and decisions
You remain responsible for your photos, videos, contacts and other content. Cleanup results are automated suggestions and may contain errors. You must preview selections and confirm that you have the right to delete, change, compress, hide, restore or share content.
4. Deletion, compression and backup
Deletion can be permanent after the device’s Recently Deleted or Trash retention period. Compression may reduce visual quality and create a new file. Keep independent backups of important content and verify saved output before removing originals. We do not guarantee recovery of lost content.
5. Private vault
You are responsible for remembering your PIN and securing your device. Vault content may be lost if you clear App data, uninstall the App, lose the device or experience storage failure. The App is not a substitute for an encrypted backup or enterprise security system.
6. Premium access and purchases
Paid plans may unlock premium features. Price, billing period and trial terms are shown before purchase. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and subscriptions renew unless cancelled under the displayed terms. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
7. Advertising and third-party services
The App may contain advertising and use third-party distribution, purchase, analytics or diagnostic services. Their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party services or availability.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every duplicate, similar or blurry item will be correctly identified or that the App will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Async Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of content, contacts, profits or business. Non-excludable rights remain unaffected.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the App or these Terms, change features or suspend access where reasonably necessary. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
